Email contact@salem-witch-tours.com — corrections, questions about a page, or a tour we have missed. We are a small independent guide, not a tour company, so please read what we can and cannot help with first.

What to Write to Us About

Tell us if a price, a rating, a meeting point or a fact about 1692 is wrong, and include the page address. We read every message and correct the page when the source confirms it. Operators are welcome to point out changes to their listings.

What We Cannot Help With

We are not a tour operator and we do not take bookings. Changes, cancellations and refunds go to GetYourGuide, which holds your booking, or to the operator named on your ticket. Your booking confirmation email contains both contacts.

On the Day of Your Walk

If you cannot find your group at the meeting point, contact the operator through the GetYourGuide app or the number on your ticket — they can reach the guide, and we cannot. Each tour page on this site lists the partner’s own description of the meeting point and its map coordinates, so check it before you leave.

What We Do with Your Email

We use your address only to reply. We do not add it to a list, share it or keep it longer than the conversation needs.

How Quickly We Answer

We answer corrections within a few days and update the page as soon as the partner listing or an official source confirms the change. Every page shows the date its prices were last checked.
